This is a row of boots that were laid out after having been polished.

As I remember, the girl on the left was called “Mi.” She worked at the Rice Paddy Inn.
I took this picture in 1967 and she was still there when I went back to visit in 1969.
I don’t know how long she worked there but there should be a lot of guys who remember her.
The other two in the photo are her mother and younger sister.
As a matter of curiosity, I’d be interested if anyone knows what happened to her.
